Cosplay Help!!!

I'm preparing for MTAC 2010. I plan to cosplay as Raiden from MGS4. I need to find good websites that make high quality cosplay costumes.

IF ANYONE HAS ANY WEBSITE RECOMMENDATIONS, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!!!!!

Here are three websites I found and am considering.

If anyone knows anything about these sites and has any feedback on them, PLEASE share!!!

Or, if you have any idea how to actually make this costume, I'd love to hear your ideas.
